Are you loving easy breakfast meal prep that taste like dessert? Here’s another healthy overnight oats recipe you can prep in advance in less than 5 minutes. And if you know you’re going to have a busy week, you can prep a couple jars at the same time (they keep well in the fridge for 3-4 days).
Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats | Dessert for Breakfast Day 4
Oats:
1/4c pumpkin puree
1/3c rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp syrup/honey/sweetener of choice
1/3c milk of choice
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Topping:
1/4c yogurt
Sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp chopped pecans
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Combine oat ingredients in a bowl and stir to combined.
Transfer to a contain/jar of choice and top with yogurt, pie spice, pecans & pumpkin seeds.
Seal and place in the fridge overnight.
