Irresistible No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars

Super easy to make, no bake chocolate PB bars, that taste like a Reese's cup!

BASE LAYER:

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter (or sub your fav nut or seed butter)

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup (use sugar-free syrup for sugar-free PB bars!)

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil or ghee, melted

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • pinch sea salt


TOPPING:

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips (or sugar-free for sugar-free PB bars!)

  • 2 tbsp PB


  1. Combine base ingredients, and spread into a parchment lined 8x8 pan

  2. Freeze base layer while you melt the topping (use 30sec. Bursts in a microwave or use a double boiler)

  3. Spread the chocolate PB layer over the bars, then chill for 2 hours,

  4. Cut into 16, enjoy!!


NOTE: You can cut these much sooner, but the texture is much nicer (less soft & grainy) after sitting for the full 2 hours and the coconut oil sets up.
