We're back with another fun overnight oats recipe. This one has all the flavours of apple pie!!
You need:
Spiced Apples:
an apple, diced
dash of cinnamon
dash of sweetener of choice
Spiced apples: cook the diced apple with a splash of water, some cinnamon and a pinch of sugar/sweetener
Oats:
1/2c rolled oats
1/2c milk of choice (we used cashew)
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp syrup/honey/sf syrup
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
Pinch salt
Combine & top with spiced apples, refrigerate overnight, then enjoy!! I also like this with a half serving of protein powder - it makes it even more baked-good-y, and apple pie like, with BONUS protein too.
