Here's a fun no bake recipe to keep in your fridge/freezer for "dessert emergencies" ;) And it's endlessly customizable too.

You can watch us make them here: https://youtube.com/shorts/x5Gw4k7hrrE?feature=share or follow the instructions below.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1c almond flour

  • 1/4c cocao powder

  • 1/4c coconut oil, melted

  • 3 tbsp granulated sweetener of choice (coconut sugar, sugar-free sweetener, cane sugar, etc; use 4 tbsp if you sub allulose)**

  • 3 tbsp milk of choice/water (I used hazelnut milk)**

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • pinch salt

  • 1/4 c mini choc chips/chopped nuts of choice (I used chopped walnuts)**

  • 1 cup chocolate of choice, to melt for dipping**

**NOTE: Can easily be made dairy-free, vegan, sugar-free/low carb based on the sugar & chocolate you use.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine and press into square or rectangle shape on a sheet of parchment paper then chill until able to cut into bars.

  2. Cut as desired. Then dip into melted chocolate.

  3. Chill again, until chocolate is set, and enjoy!
