Here's a fun no bake recipe to keep in your fridge/freezer for "dessert emergencies" ;) And it's endlessly customizable too.

INGREDIENTS
1c almond flour
1/4c cocao powder
1/4c coconut oil, melted
3 tbsp granulated sweetener of choice (coconut sugar, sugar-free sweetener, cane sugar, etc; use 4 tbsp if you sub allulose)**
3 tbsp milk of choice/water (I used hazelnut milk)**
1 tsp vanilla
pinch salt
1/4 c mini choc chips/chopped nuts of choice (I used chopped walnuts)**
1 cup chocolate of choice, to melt for dipping**
**NOTE: Can easily be made dairy-free, vegan, sugar-free/low carb based on the sugar & chocolate you use.
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine and press into square or rectangle shape on a sheet of parchment paper then chill until able to cut into bars.
Cut as desired. Then dip into melted chocolate.
Chill again, until chocolate is set, and enjoy!
